Soft Skill and Personality Development Training for students conducted at YDMIP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbThe Kagal Education Society’s Y. D. Mane Institute of Pharmacy, Kagal arranging 4 days “Soft Skill and Personality Development Training” Program under Training and Placement Cell, in association with Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd Pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbThis soft skill training program organized for B. Pharmacy 1 year students. On 20 th July to 23 rd July at 10.30 am to 4.00 Pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Day 1- 20\/07\/2022.\ud83d\udccc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbFor this training program Ms. Bhakti Phadte trainer of Rubicon  was present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbPrincipal of YDMIP Dr. Sachin S. Mali felicited trainer with guest of honorium trophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbAfter that Dr. Sachin Mali has gives information about the importance of soft skill and personality development in there students life regards to the campus placement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbMs. Bhakti Phadte start their first morning session by introducing themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbNext they prepared students teams for conducting various activities to improve team as well leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbFirst she addressed students what is mean by soft Skill ?. How to introduce your self ?. She has taken the task to every students come forward and introduce themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbIn afternoon session she conducted SWOT Analysis to know about the strengths, then Weakness, and their Solutions, then opportunities and Threats and Solutions in ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbAfter that she conducted ground activities about the team work, leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Day 2 – 21\/07\/2022\ud83d\udccc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbMs. Bhakti Phadte started  their second day session on 1.Communication skills,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Organizational structures activities are conducted on both.              <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Day 3 – 22\/07\/2022\ud83d\udccc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbMs. Bhakti Phadte started  their Third  day session on<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  E-Mail Etiquette<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  Corporate Jargons<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.  Ground Activities to grab the opportunities in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbMs. Bhakti Phadte started  their fourth  day session on<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Mock Interviews<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffbThe training was ended with with feedback of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
