Soft Skill and Personality Development Training for students conducted at YDMIP

👉🏻The Kagal Education Society’s Y. D. Mane Institute of Pharmacy, Kagal arranging 4 days “Soft Skill and Personality Development Training” Program under Training and Placement Cell, in association with Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd Pune.

👉🏻This soft skill training program organized for B. Pharmacy 1 year students. On 20 th July to 23 rd July at 10.30 am to 4.00 Pm.

📌 Day 1- 20/07/2022.📌

👉🏻For this training program Ms. Bhakti Phadte trainer of Rubicon was present.

👉🏻Principal of YDMIP Dr. Sachin S. Mali felicited trainer with guest of honorium trophy.

👉🏻After that Dr. Sachin Mali has gives information about the importance of soft skill and personality development in there students life regards to the campus placement process.

👉🏻Ms. Bhakti Phadte start their first morning session by introducing themselves.

👉🏻Next they prepared students teams for conducting various activities to improve team as well leadership.

👉🏻First she addressed students what is mean by soft Skill ?. How to introduce your self ?. She has taken the task to every students come forward and introduce themselves.

👉🏻In afternoon session she conducted SWOT Analysis to know about the strengths, then Weakness, and their Solutions, then opportunities and Threats and Solutions in ourselves.

👉🏻After that she conducted ground activities about the team work, leadership.
