“AARAMBH” (Fresher’s Party)
Organized by: 2nd Year Diploma & B. Pharmacy students.
Highlights of the Event:
The First-Year Students’ Welcome Ceremony was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Y. D. Mane Institute of Pharmacy, Kagal, under the Kagal Education Society. The program began with the lighting of the lamp by Mrs. Shilpa Patil, Director of Y. D. Mane Campus, followed by a welcome address and guidance session for the new students.
Mr. Rituraj Desai, Head of Department, briefed students on college rules and regulations, while Mrs. Patil encouraged them to develop skills and responsibility. The second-year students organized cultural performances, including dance, ramp walk, and games, to welcome the newcomers.
Mr. Ganesh Nerlikar was crowned Mr. Fresher, and Ms. Prajakta Chaugule was titled Miss Fresher. Prof. Supriya Kore delivered the vote of thanks. The event was supported by Hon. Mr. Pratap (Bhaiyya) Mane, Mr. Sunil Mane, Mr. Bipin Mane, Dr. Syed Asadullah, and Mr. Rituraj Desai. Faculty, staff, and students actively participated, making the event a memorable success.
